What really stands out is his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He doesn’t just fix the problem; he makes sure everything is working properly before he leaves and takes the time to explain all the details. He’s also respectful of the space, always leaving things clean! “I have to share my experience here at Overbrook Apartments in North Little Rock. When I say that the staff here has catered to everyone of my needs, I mean they have catered to everything. They have taken such good care of me. I am paralyzed and they have accommodated me in so many ways, from the Handicap parking and ramp to my mailbox being at my door, to even take my trash out for me. They have also modified my apartment with safety rails in my roll in Handicap accessibleshower and anything else I have asked for I want to give a special shout out to “Simon Rich Johnson” the leasing agent Who has gone above and beyond to make sure that I’m taking care of. I can’t say enough Good things about this place. I plan on being here forever.”
